Ever wonder why finding a perfect fitting bra is so hard? The current measuring standard that results in a bra size like 36D, is not accurate. I needed the bras I made to fit who they were made for. I needed a better way of measuring. That's how the Sure-Measure method came to be.

The first measurement needed is around your Torso. Wrap a measuring tape around your body, directly under your breasts for this measurement.
The second measurement determines your Cup size, which is done by measuring the lower half of your breast. Without a padded bra on, measuring from your rib cage to your nipple. Measure to the 1/4". This gives an exact size of your bra cup. Measure in inches.
If your Torso measured 36" and your Cup 4.25", then your bra size will be 36 x 4.25
